Animal Circuses

Some of the cages are small and cramped and the food can be not what they need to survive. Wild animals need large areas to run around and they don't belong in tiny cages doing magic tricks for peoples' enjoyment. Wild elephants are creatures that don't stay in one spot forever; and when humans make them perform for peanuts, the peanuts may not actually be healthy and the elephants truly "work for peanuts" as their original diet is abandoned. The trainers might mean well, but they cannot supply everything that the animals need such as space and freedom. The animals don't belong in small cages and their purpose isn't people's entertainment.  The animals belong in the wild and are meant to be free in their natural habitat. In addition, some circuses give harsh punishments to their animals when they can not or do not obey. This injures and harms the animal. A circus does not need animals to be entertaining, they are fun with only people to do amazing tricks and perform. Animals have enough problems without us. Don't be on their worry list.
